OK, I was one of four people who wrote Traipsing Into Evolution, (five if you include the excellent appendix by Lehigh University biochemist Michael Behe detailing the various scientific errors in the Dover opinion).
If you're interested in the many ways that Judge John Jones abused the facts, the law, and the rules of fair play and logic in his effort to ban the mere mention of intelligent design in the public school science class room, this is the book for you. Along the way it provides an excellent if brief discussion of other court cases relating to the teaching of creationism, Darwinism, and intelligent design. And no, it isn't written like an impenetrable legal document. It's pretty accessible.
There's more about the book here.
